The consultation
Everybody is different, therefore no two training programs are the same. The consultation will serve as an opportunity for you to get to know your personal trainer and tailor the program to your specific needs and preferences.

The program
In just 12 weeks you will be guided toward optimal health and fitness through personalized, supportive and innovative training solutions. Alongside your fitness we will simultaneously focus on mindset adjustments and healthy habit forming.

The results
After the program we will sit down and analyze your results. We will then curate an actionable plan for the future to make sure you keep making progress in the long run.

In-person visit: In week 6 your personal trainer will travel to your location of choice to have an in person training session with you. They will perform an in depth progress analysis to make sure you're on track and help you overcome any obstacles.
